Chef of the Year

This accolade seeks to acknowledge the most talented chefs in the industry with the best and most exceptional cooking techniques.

Restaurant General Manager of the Year

This award commends the hard work and dedication of the best restaurant general managers, who contribute greatly to the success of the establishments they work at.

Cookery School of the Year
